"Terrible experience with this company. We were recommended to use this company per our apartment building. I had my $750 bicycle stolen from a locked and gated bike area within the building. We were told to reach out to State Farm. I spoke with 3 different Insurance Reps who gave us all different answers. If they looked at our coverage, they could have advised us not to file the claim as it was below $1000. the first rep grossly miscalculated the cost of my bike at $1800 and said I would be getting back some money. The second rep had no clue what was going on when I followed up. The third rep said I shouldn't have even received anything back. I ended up getting around $150 which the 3rd rep advised I should have gotten nothing. We did all of this to get kicked off the insurance in October. Great!!! The cherry on the top is that we are now getting letters for a policy we did not take out regarding "Hospital income" and that we owe them $100.47. We don't have any coverage with them and the fact they keep pestering us for some coverage that they likely illegally put in place is beyond frustrating. Do not use State Farm. Run far from these scammers."
